As an Administrative Assistant at Ryan Homes , a brand of NVR, you will impact the lives of our customers while working in an environment of respect, empowerment, and professional development.
Your organizational skills, attention to detail and strong initiative will help you successfully provide support to homebuyers, contractors, and NVR Homebuilding team members.
What you will be doing :
- Manage inspection process, including tracking responses, creating tickets, update tracking system & documentation, and notifying customers of final inspections
- Run weekly reports for Service & Production Managers
- Provide basic knowledge of corporate and division service policies, procedures, warranties, and production specifications
- Assemble pre-start packets for Project Managers
- Assist employees with sales tracking & reporting system updates
Qualified applicants have :
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administration experience
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-directed with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of the Homebuilding industry is a plus
