Role Overview :
Our client, the leading multispecialty medical group in the Bronx, is seeking an Associate Director of Training and Clinical Operations.
In this role, the ideal candidate will design and deliver staff education initiatives to enhance competencies within their Health Home program caring for vulnerable populations.
Compensation : $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 + bonus
Location : Bronx, New York
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

149; Coordinating with clinical and quality leads
149; Participating in strategic initiatives
149; Supporting adoption of best practices
Qualifications :
149; Master’s in social work or related field
149; 2+ years designing healthcare trainings
149; Knowledge of adult learning principles
149; Skilled virtual and in-person facilitator
149; Strong project management abilities
149; Passion for elevating community care
149; Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
