Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a Manufacturing Specialist for the CPP / Collation department at our Chandler, AZ facility.
Schedule : 10 : 00 PM-6 : 30 AM Sun-Mon (Overtime, including extended shift and weekend work required)
Skill Level : D
Compensation : $23.00 + $1.25 shift differential
The Role :
The manufacturing specialist is responsible for performing and cross-training in several skill level "A-D" positions within various departments based on need.
The specialist will be required to provide support in a minimum of 5 manufacturing processes / skills listed below :
- Collation Operator
- Roll Puller
- CPP Packing
- CPP Cutting
- LayUp
Additionally, the manufacturing specialist will provide support for additional tasks and projects that may be presented by the needs of the business.
The specialist will support coverage for PTO / absenteeism and additional labor needs due to business demands.
Internal Eligibility :
- Completion of 90-day new hire / newly transferred probationary period or approval of direct supervisor
- No active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance
- Attendance Infractions must not exceed 2 points.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Must be able to work for extended hours, and weekends, and support other shifts as needed.
- Previous Forklift Experience.
