Manage and record work requests using appropriate IT systems Prioritise work to ensure business needs are met and time is used effectively Work within the Technical Support Team to ensure all requests are dealt with and resources are allocated efficiently Liaise with other teams, departments and / or external resources to ensure the root cause of a problem can be established Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders Regularly review work for value added opportunities and update value added report Monthly reports 3.
