We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team and help maintain our manufacturing operations.

Position Summary :

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various industrial machinery and equipment.

This role requires a proactive approach to equipment reliability and safety, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating correctly and safely.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve processes.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools related to maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
