Overview :
Our client is a leader in specialty building products in North America. They are looking to add another sales person to their team, to service the Denver customer base.
The primary function of this role includes building rapport and maintaining customer relationships via the Inside Sales desk, and inputting orders & following through on customer POs.
What you will be doing :
- Actively service existing accounts via incoming phone calls and email
- Learn about and promote new product lines.
- Work for and with the company staff
- Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Professionally quote rates
- Provide customers with professional recommendations on options as well as pricing and availability data to meet customers' needs
