In your position, you'll take on responsibilities that align with our mission and values :

Training and Consultation : Provide in-service training and consultations to our staff, sharing your expertise and contributing to our collective knowledge.

Psychiatric Assessments : Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing reviews, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of medical practice.

Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of NJ.

Experience : 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse required. BLS (CPR) certification is required.

Knowledge : Demonstrated knowledge of psychiatric disorders and various treatment modalities. Maintain competency in the field of nursing and healthcare delivery.

Skills and Abilities : Ability to provide compassionate care in a collaborative, non-judgmental atmosphere. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Work Environment : Must be able to perform duties that require physical activity, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds.
