Do you want to help fulfill Freddie Mac’s mission and support Single-Family Acquisition by playing a key role in creating and implementing change management strategies that enhance modeling change initiatives?

Our Impact :
The Single-Family Credit Risk Management Risk Strategy Execution team is responsible for partnering with business areas and their leadership to identify, prioritize, plan, deliver, and report on mission-based programs and projects.
Your Impact :
You will have every opportunity to create and implement project management methodologies and techniques, as well as change management strategies.
- Driving projects and other program initiatives, ensuring that all scoped work is delivered, and all internal controls are adhered to in the process.
- Playing an integral part in the successful implementation of modeling solutions that are the backbone of the Single-Family business strategy.
- Managing all elements of the project delivery lifecycle, including, meeting facilitation, meeting minutes, and producing project management artifacts.
- Coordinating with Model Business owners and assisting in model change prioritization, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, and tracking of issue management.
- Assisting in upload of documents as required by MRS in the Model Risk Tool (MRT) and ensuring all changes adhere to the requirements as defined in MRS.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years of professional related experience
- Project management experience using standard project management tools with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- Experience in model governance with experience in model risks management is huge plus
- Issue management experience is helpful
