Job Description
Lead a production team with ca. 300 employees to ensure SQCD targets and contribute to business success.
- Ensure environment protection, healthy working conditions, and safe workplaces.
- Conduct business planning (BP, CF, etc.), workforce planning, investment and cost planning, and achieve business targets.
- Apply BPS principles and methodologies to continuously enhance lean production in a high 5S standard shop floor.
- Maintain a strong customer-centric mindset, focusing on quality KPIs like complaints and IDC, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Ensure on-time delivery through close collaboration with logistics, engineering, and purchasing to achieve robust delivery performance.
- Coach and develop the entire production team to continuously enhance technical competencies and team collaboration.
- Lead plant strategic projects, serve as a role model, and work with the entire plant leadership team to reach new success milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- More than 10 years of working experience.
- Strong teamwork spirit and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with lean production and quality standards in IATF16949.
