Job Description :
Overseeing the incident management process and team members involved in resolving the incident.
- Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process.
- Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business.
- Major Incident Management · E2E coordination of incidents · Incident communication internally / externally / leadership teams
- Incident escalation & engagement of the appropriate stakeholders
- Involve L2 / L3 support and vendor coordination if involved · Driving resolution / workaround timely manner
- Logging all incidents and their resolution to see if there are recurring issues. · Managing the incident team members
