The Project Manager position is for an individual with great organizational skills, an eye for detail, and strong communication skills.
This role will be responsible for the oversight of client projects including web development, graphic design, email marketing, and more.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is accurate and organized, but most important is a team player that can work under deadline pressure and help in juggling new tasks and ongoing projects.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage project scope and schedule
- Develop and manage project estimates
- Collaborate with the Client Success Team to understand project requirements and develop a plan that exceeds client expectations
- Utilize project management software (Asana) with all departments to ensure project completion
- Utilizes web analytics, e.g., Google Analytics, to measure digital performance and provide creative feedback / updates based on results
- Attends and contributes to training and planning meetings
- Cultivates productive, professional relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need
- We don’t care about degrees, if you’ve got one cool, but if you don’t also cool
- Must possess skills and traits that can’t be taught, such as being reliable, a hard worker, etc. We can teach you everything you need to know for your role
- 2 years of small to mid-size agency experience, or 4 years of freelance, or a combination of the two is preferred but is not required.
Applicants with no experience are not excluded from consideration
- An understanding of web development projects and timelines
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with other teams (both internally at the agency level, and externally at the client level)
- Detail oriented and highly organized to manage multiple clients, sites, projects, and priorities at an effective level
