About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Outpatient Physical Therapy for Orthopedic / Spine Chronic Pain Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour;

Variable Schedule, Monday to Friday between 7 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week Experience : Minimum of two years of relevant experience License : Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association Must-Have : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy Job Description : Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population with orthopedic / spine chronic pain of all ages.

• Develop and administer individualized rehabilitation programs for patients.- Utilize Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE) in treatment strategies for chronic pain patients, with prior experience preferred.
• Effectively communicate with physician referral sources and other departments for care coordination and collaboration.- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary pain management team to deliver exceptional patient and family-centered care.
• Be flexible to float across various units or locations based on staffing needs during the assignment.- Complete an orientation totaling 20 hours to integrate into the team and facility standards.
