Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Case Manager Social Worker to work in Lincoln Park, MI.

Shift :
Days, Monday through Friday 8 : 30 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m; must be able to flex and work off-hours as needed. (37.5 hours each week)
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience Case Manager Social Worker unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- MI license is required

- RequiredMust have master's degree in social work counseling or psychology. - RequiredMust have a minimum of 8 months experience in mental health treatment of minors experience may include clinical internship via master's program.
- RequiredMust have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - RequiredAdditional requirements include : cultural competency ability to work effectively with a diverse population the ability to engage and maintain therapeutic relationships with children and families in a variety of modes of treatment the ability to develop collaborative relationships with other unit staff and providers effective communication skills and a willingness to be flexible.
Cannot accept candidates who are on student / work visas and / or require sponsorship to work in the U.S. at this time.
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing :
- Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional : AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
