Patient Care Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our healthcare client located in Irvine, CA. This role will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire opportunity.

This will be an adminstrative focused role and will assist patients with check in / out, scheduling appointments, medical records requests, and other administrative duties as needed.

This role will need to exemplify a great customer service experience and our client is open to all industry backgrounds!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Bilingual skillsets desired, not required

Skills

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and able to prioritize throughout the day
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
  • Ability to be tech savvy and can work well within multiple database systems

Pay Details : $ per hour
