Administrative Assistant

We believe in fostering a culture of compliance and security to protect our clients' data and maintain their trust. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining the service delivery team's calendars, email, and providing administrative support for various projects and tasks.
Ideal candidate must be professional, trustworthy, and reliable with a desire to learn and improve. Qualifications : 2+ years of related experience as an administrative assistant Excellent communication skills.
Must read and write English to a professional degree Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms), Asana is a plus Empathetic, enthusiastic and effective communicator with strong rapport building skills Thorough and detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills Ability to quickly learn, understand, and evaluate current and new tools Ability to take initiative and set priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills with self-confidence to make decisions and express idea Primary Accountabilities of the position : This role will support our service delivery teams Assist with general administration, documentation and legal compliance Be present and take notes during any required meetings, coming prepared with appropriate documents for the occasion Assist in planning employee team buildings & events Coordinate and maintain schedules organize meetings, conferences, department activities, teleconferences, and travel Communicate directly and on behalf of the various teams with customers / clients and internal staff when unavailable Follow-up on contacts made by the various teams and support the cultivation of new and ongoing relationships Keep the various teams well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following-up appropriately Conserve the various teams time by reading, researching, drafting letters, emails, and documents, analyzing information and contracts, and initiating telecommunications Prioritize conflicting needs and handle urgent matters as independently as possible Prepare administrative-level reports and presentations Schedule internal and external meetings and / or events as needed Assist with travel coordination for meetings and conferences The anticipated salary range for this position is based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors and will fall between $5.
25 - $20 / hr. This is a F / T role with working hours M-F 8-5 PST with some limited flexibility. RSI Security is a small organization where collaboration is not only encouraged but expected.
