Job Description
- Run Multifamily projects across the Nashville area.
- Communicate well with owners as well as subcontractors, be the face of the organization
- Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

The Successful Applicant
- GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WITHIN THE MULTIFAMILY SPACE
- Commercial project experience
- Be able to be a team player and train Assistant Superintendents
- 3-5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction superintendent
- Projects around $10-30M+ in value
