Establishes production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains and analyzes all relevant production data.

Establishes the manufacturing process plan including human resource requirements, material needs, facility needs, and tooling and equipment requirements.

Ensures all established cost, quality, and delivery commitments are met.

Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.

Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delays.

Oversee and manage the entire production process, from the procurement process of raw materials to finished products, to ensure that quality standards are met, and products are delivered on time and within budget.

Work with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and manage inventory levels.

Ensure that all production equipment is maintained, serviced, and calibrated to the required standards.

Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Analyze financial and management reports, adjusting fixed and / or variable expenses to enhance long-term profitability, and attaining the most efficient employee levels with minimal overhead and raw material expenses to meet the yearly budgetary goals.

Directs the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of production standards.

Ensure excellent customer service by aligning the production processes with customer service needs.

Requirements :

10+ years of experience in injection molding manufacturing
At least 5+ years of plant manager-level experience
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Deep understanding of business operations, financial analysis, market trends, and strategic decision-making to drive growth and profitability.
