• Provide advanced respiratory care to patients across a variety of specialties, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for junior respiratory therapists, sharing your expertise and helping to foster their professional growth.
• Participate in our professional development clinical ladder program, designed to support your growth and advancement.Minimum qualifications :
• Licensed as Respiratory Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion
