We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate.

$90,000 - $110,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Outbound cold calling to convert leads to appointments
- Practice and follow best conversational practices to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Exceptional telephone skills the ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone
- Ability to learn and internalize proven conversations and dialogues
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to succeed
- Positive attitude & mindset
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants
- Real estate license a plus!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
