The Role :

Reporting into the store General Manager & Assistant General Manager, Shift Leaders are responsible for a variety of Slutty Vegan's restaurant operational tasks.

As the first and sometimes the last point of contact for customers, Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising and leading Crew Members through training, embodying + teaching policy & procedures, and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• 2+ years' experience as a Shift Leader or similar role in customer facing quick service / fast food restaurant environment should be friendly, helpful, and able to go above and beyond to make sure customers have a positive experience.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Crew Members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with quality standards and customer preferences.
• Train and develop Crew Members to provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate records of restaurant transactions, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all guest issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
• Assist with the recruitment and hiring of new restaurant staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

They should be detail-oriented and take pride in their work.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills and the ability to operate POS systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours including night and weekend shifts.
• High energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations Burger Assembly Line Positions. i.e. Burger Assembly Line, Takeout Position, Kitchen Position, and Food Prep.
• Follow Slutty Vegan's safety procedures.
• Must be ServSafe certified.

Preferred Technical Skills : Knowledge of Restaurant 365, Jolt, Seven Shifts, Toast and Dolce
