INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER I

Job Description and Duties

Operation Technology (OT) Unit and lead the development, operation, and maintenance of the OT infrastructure that hosts multiple complex SWP Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Energy Management Systems.

This position primarily performs duties within Business Technology Management and Information Technology Project Management Domains.

And manage staff workload and priorities within System Engineering, Information Security Engineering, and Client Services Domains.

Within these domains, this position is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling all activities related to the SWP OT infrastructure ensuring that OT team adheres to standard software / hardware life cycle processes that align with the Department's strategic goals and objectives, and all IT Governance Standards / Policies as set by the Department's Chief Information Officer.
