Nurse Practitioner
Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team!
Full time position open for NP in a *skilled nursing facility in Plainfield, NJ.*
Offering flexible hours and days. No weekend, evenings or on call required!
Responsibilities :
- Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients
- Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions
- Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists
Qualifications :
- Previous RN experience - *NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED!*
- Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member
- Good critical thinking / assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and computers
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
