Fills out and maintains administrative records as necessary for all department activities. Enter data into reports and billing accurately. Any other duties assigned by Warehouse management. High School Diploma Lean training preferred, not required. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office. Must be efficient and accurate in data / billing entries into the system. Must achieve all necessary deadlines. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers by e-mail, phone, and other correspondence. Must be prompt and accurate in all responses. Skilled in operating relevant material handling equipment (ex, forklifts, stretch wrappers, etc.). Able to effectively train others in how to operate safely.

In the absence of Warehouse Management / Supervision, the Lead Position assumes full responsibility for warehouse operations for the assigned facility. The position is responsible for the accurate and efficient execution of all work processes necessary to complete the assigned workload safely and productively while meeting customer expectations.
