Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, well-spoken Sales Development Representative to help expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Responsibilities include generating leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and engaging with customers on social media to connect them with the appropriate salesperson.

Responsibilities :

Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.

Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements or leads

Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.

Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.

Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.

Collaborating with account managers to ensure the company's goals and targets are met. Also communicating with them frequently on replying to right strategies or to put together the right connections.

Provide Salesforce training for new Account Managers and internal partners, ensuring they are proficient in system use.

Generate comprehensive CSI reports, including 3-year revenue analysis, Tableau visualizations, transaction history, and account base information.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CSI system, manage mass account transfers, hardcode accounts to the correct sales managers, and merge duplicate accounts to maintain data integrity.

Temporary AM Stand In : Manage email accounts and monitor Salesforce notifications and pipeline quote expirations for Account Managers who have left the company.

Partner with Connect / Inform to create compelling marketing newsletters, email blasts, and promotional items that drive engagement and sales

Price List Management : Manage dealer price lists, including inputting ESP and Diverzify data accurately.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within SFDC, including updates and troubleshooting. Serve as a backup for Account Managers during their leave, vacation, or on an as needed basis, ensuring continuous support and client engagement.

Provide additional support by backing up teammates and managing multiple regions as directed by management to ensure seamless coverage.

Handle and resolve customer claims efficiently, providing appropriate solutions.

Act as a liaison between customers and the company to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Ability to travel

Must live in PST or MST

Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Good time management and analytical skills.
