About The Position
- Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Operating Room Job Duration : 14-Week Assignment Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 3 years required License : GA or Compact license required Certifications : BCLS Must-Have : Experience with Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics Job Description : - Pre-Screen Unit - Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine clinical fit.
- If clinical pass and within guidelines, candidates will be sent to the manager for the final decision. - Clinical screens will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.
- The manager will interview candidates. - CALL REQUIREMENTS : Variable - Unit accepts first-time travelers. - Patient Age Group : Adults to Geriatrics.
- Staffing Ratio : 1 : 1 - Experience in circulating and scrubbing preferred. - Familiarity with unit systems such as Pyxis, EPIC (REQUIRED), SBAR.
- Service lines include Bariatrics, Urology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Ophthalmology. - Orientation : 13 hours. - MAX Request Time Off (RTO) : 7 Days.
- Candidate must work major holidays unless specified otherwise, with expectations based on the number of holidays within the assignment period.
- NOTE : Candidates must quickly submit core items and complete / schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.
