At H2 Health's Senior Care Pennsylvania, you'll have the opportunity to work 1 : 1 with a mostly geriatric population and provide care for a range of orthopedic conditions, neurologic movement disorders, post-op cases, and balance programs.

Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating primarily the geriatric population and patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

What You'll Need :

• Education : A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience : Prior experience in senior living is preferred.
• Qualifications : Eligible or active state license to practice.
