Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production requirements are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, processes operate at optimum level in regard to quality and output.
• Track OEE for continuous improvement, provide monthly report to Operations manager and work with operations / maintenance team to address the bad actors.
• Implement and develop key process improvement projects to optimize manufacturing performance (OEE,Production cycles and Yield / off grades)
• Work with cross functional teams to develop improvement projects on safety, quality, process, equipment, procedures.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Provide process documentation and operating instructions
• Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production with troubleshooting problems associated with production processes and losses.
• Supervise the logistics, packaging and water treatment plant activities to ensure day to day business goals are achieved.
• Investigate and responds to all safety, environment and other incidents involving production employees and ensures adherence to all rules, policies and procedures.
• Develop, update and maintain SOPs, work instructions, JSAs and other related documents. Provide technical support and PSSR and safety review

Education and Experience

• Education : Bachelor's in chemical engineering
• Work Experience : 3 + years' experience in Chemical or related manufacturing operation is a strong advantage
• Special Skills : Knowledge of PSM and PHA's, Excellent Technical skills, Knowledge of process standards, continuous improvement methodologies, lean and six sigma, Microsoft Excel, word and Project, PFD's, P & ID's.

Compensation : We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program.

The established pay range for this position is $81,200 to $108,000. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
