NTN has an immediate opening at our Whitestown Warehouse for a Warehouse Associate 2.
Responsibilities :
- Pack or repack cartons in such a manner as to ensure safe arrival of product.
- Stencil or label part number, purchase order number, name, and any other customer requirements on carton(s) and / or box(es).
- Fill out bill(s) of lading, palletize, initial all orders handled personally.
- Receive incoming merchandise / bearings and check the quantities with the invoice or packing list.
- Working knowledge of UPS shipment procedures.
- Produce barcode labels to meet customer requirements.
- Use RF scanner for customers that meet the requirement.
- Perform training as needed.
- Maintain and manage training matrix.
- Inventory functions as assigned.
- Ordering / managing supplies.
- Employee attendance point management.
- Assist with 1x1 functions and assigned tasks.
- Other duties / tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Must be able to read and write neatly and legibly.
- Mathematical competency.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
- Must be very thorough and quality conscious.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma / GED Required
