Responsibilities :
- Expertly install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
- Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed.
- Train and supervise junior technicians, sharing your expertise.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as required to deliver exceptional service.
Lead Installer Requirements :
- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
- Skills : Mastery of HVAC systems installation, with strong technical abilities.
- Customer Focused : Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
- Leadership : Ability to work independently while leading a team.
- Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Credentials : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Install Helper Requirements :
- Mechanically Inclined : A strong interest in HVAC systems and basic mechanical skills.
- Tools : Possession of basic hand tools.
- Experience : Some prior experience in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
- Team Player : A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Communication : Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
- Reliability : Punctuality and a readiness to dive into hands-on work.
