Senior Graphic Designer
Rails, a global contemporary apparel and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create on-brand, visually appealing, and effective marketing assets.
This candidate should be skilled at graphic design for fashion and / or lifestyle, with a solid knowledge of typography, layout and design.
This candidate should exhibit a strong understanding of print and digital as well as an interest in understanding performance data in order to optimize design.
This role works with all members of the creative department, as well as cross-functional teams, and should have excellent collaborative and communication skills.
This role reports to the Art Director.
Responsibilities :
- Create concepts and designs for all media including : catalog, brand and style guides, print and digital advertising, email marketing, web & online marketing collateral, packaging, and in-store marketing elements for retail and wholesale stores
- Spearhead design and visual communication innovations
- Work closely with several creative team members across the organization to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within specified guidelines and budget restrictions
- Deliver high quality projects with an elevated aesthetic, and consistently meet submission deadlines
- Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of print, digital, infographic, graphic design experience
- Demonstrates design foundation including layout, color, visual and typographic hierarchy
- Must have a proven ability and skill in creating digital assets for social media, web, Ecommerce, etc.
- Portfolio that demonstrates the range and quality of your projects, must have experience in marketing and brand identity
- Strong attention to detail
- UX / UI knowledge
- Ability to self-manage and work on multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Proficiency in PowerPoint is required as well
