We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee our warehousing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, enforcing safety and operational standards, optimizing workload, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
What will you do? Oversee and organize all aspects of warehousing operations Manage operators or teams of operators in a Distribution Center / Warehouse Ensure employee performance, development, engagement, and discipline Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules Optimize daily / weekly workload and resource balance Adjust Material Providing and Handling programs based on customer priorities Motivate the team, drive the Short Interval Management process, and lead continuous improvement efforts Utilize lean manufacturing and six sigma skills for process improvement What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Bachelor’s Degree 3-5 years of supervisor experience Warehouse management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preference for SAP Experience Strong initiative to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks Experience in managing the accountability of a large team What's in it for you?
