Our patients love us so we are growing! We are a fee for service, out of network boutique dental office that needs an additional dental assistant 1-3 days per week.
We will provide training on the job, especially if you are new to dentistry!

Key Responsibilities :
- Able to take digital radiographs
- Prepare patients for treatment, keep them comfortable and relaxed
- Sterilization, disinfection, maintenance of instruments and equipment
- Keep track of inventory
- Maintain an upbeat attitude and desire to grow, learn, and help out to make the day flow smoothly for the whole team.
Position Factors and Benefits :
- Hours : 1-3 days a week Monday-Thursday 7 : 30-4 : 30 with morning huddle at 7 : 45 AM. Lunch break 12 : 00-12 : 30 PM.
- Benefits after 90 days : Free dental care minus the lab fees, 1 week PTO with 1 additional day per year worked and 7 paid holidays off, health insurance stipend, monthly team meetings with lunch provided, team bonding events outside of the office (bowling, painting, happy hour, etc. 2-4x / year)
- Benefits after 1 year : 401(k) with 3% employer match
- Provided : Scrub jackets, monthly team meetings with lunch provided, team bonding events outside of the office (bowling, painting, happy hour, etc. 2-4x / year)
- Procedures include : Invisalign, Bioclear, Composite and Porcelain Veneers, Laser Dentistry, Botox, Tooth Gems
We are looking for someone has customer service experience, attention to detail, empathy, a positive mindset, a friendly personality, and excellent communication skills.
