POSITION SUMMARY :

The primary purpose of the position is to complete the Resident Assessment Instrument ( RAI ) process in accordance with the requirements of State and Federal law as well as the policies and goals of this Community.

Education & Qualifications :

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of practice.
  • Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to prove care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the general public.
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing care facilities.
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc.

  • Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
  • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and Community staff in the performance of duties.
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position / assignment.

Experience :

One (1) year experience preferred in working the RAI process

  • Sign-on Bonus : $10,000 (paid out in increments of four after completion of probationary period)
