Job Description and Responsibilities :
In this role, you will :
Provide Individualized Support : Deliver one-on-one behavioral support services to students, ensuring each student receives tailored attention and assistance.
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans : Execute behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), facilitating the implementation of effective strategies to support student progress.
Collaborate for Success : Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness in interventions, promoting a cohesive support system for students.
Document Progress : Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and behavior data, enabling informed decision-making and ongoing evaluation of intervention outcomes.
Requirements :
To excel in this role, candidates should have :
RBT Certification : Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is essential, with a background in BACB accredited RBT training.
Experience and Skills : Previous experience working with children with special needs is advantageous, along with strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Professionalism : Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.
