We have an exciting job opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) who are looking to join a resilient and exceptional team on 2-5! We are offering a $10,000.

00 bonus for a limited number of full-time RN positions. Our team is dedicated to providing quality care and excellent outcomes.

Schedule Options

We offer a variety of schedule options to accommodate different preferences and needs. These include :

  • 8-hour Evening shifts
  • 8-hour Night shifts (or Rotate 8 E / N)
  • 12-hour Day shifts
  • 12D / 12N Rotation shifts
  • 12-hour Night shifts
  • Baylor positions with a higher base pay rate.

Join Our Team!

A collaboration with our Hospitalist, Pharmacy, Education, Care Coordination department, and clinical staff work closely to provide individualized evidenced-based interventions for patients with a variety of medical, cardiac, and respiratory illnesses including sepsis, pneumonia, CHF, COPD, and prolonged ventilator and tracheostomy care.

Soon we will roll out our new and advanced Virtual Connected Care™ Together Team nursing model that integrates experienced telemedicine RN s into care assignments, thus helping with the workload.

This innovative care model allows for superior patient monitoring, provides expert nursing consultation / support, and enhances the patient and staff experience.

The responsibilities of our nurses include direct patient care, cardiac monitoring, arrhythmia interpretation, specialized cardiac medication administration, oxygen therapy, respiratory treatments, prolonged ventilator and tracheostomy care, and wound care.

We are implementing an onsite virtual nurse to assist with assignment coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collaboration, communication & facilitation of optimal provision of care with assistance of computerized & / or digital platform that supports the daily management of care.
  • Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring & evaluation of the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge.
  • Utilize clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills & the principles of case management & adult education to coordinate, implement & support the plan of care.
  • Ensure a seamless, effective, efficient transition of care across the continuum.
  • Monitor quality metrics specific to the department & ensure complete & accurate documentation in the patient record.
  • Act as 1) mentor; 2) clinician; 3) educator; 4) consultant / collaborator; and 5) navigator.

Education, Training, Experience, Certification And Licensure

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the State of New York with at least 1 year of experience.

Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred, according to NYS requirements.

GN’s or RN’s with < 1-year experience should apply to the Graduate Nurse Residency positions.Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area preferred.

Maintains all licensures and certifications according to NYS regulations and specialty area requirements.Participates in continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.

Includes the need to be physically & mentally capable to perform nursing processes.

Team Leader, Clinical Coordinator, Unit Manager, and Clinical Services / Nursing Administration.

Pay Range : $36.65- $56.95

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.

The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
