The Basics of this opportunity :

Total 1st year Earning Potential : $96,000 in your first year including bonuses!

Compensation : $80,000 to $86,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined using various factors such as experience, skills, geography, and proficiency in the role.

Bonus : In addition to the $2,500 sign on bonus there's also opportunity to bonus monthly / quarterly (35,000+ in your first three years)!

Education and Mentorship : Ongoing CEUs provided by BCBA-D; annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers in the field;

opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives

Some Benefits Highlights : 15 days of PTO which accrues from Day 1 and 401K Match!

Availability we're looking for (this is not the schedule) : Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons up until 6pm most nights with preferably one to two evenings per week of availability until 8 : 30pm.

No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions.

Client Care Expectation : 50% of supervision hours require in-person support and the other 50% can be conducted via telehealth sessions.

As a CASP Provider, ALP will grant you access to CASP’s entire CEU library which includes over 75 CEU-approved courses (plus 10 CEUs annually via ALP events such as our IMPACT Conference and monthly live sessions)

For any new BCBA certificants we also offer the 8-hour supervision course as approved by the BACB

55 hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments

Job Duties :

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and run ABA programs

Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed

Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases

Support staff in meeting productivity requirements

Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians

Available to parents & behavior technicians by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need

Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources

Attends staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested

Motivated to lead by example

Requirements :

Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related

program, required

Active BCBA Certification required

3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis

At least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks

Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR / VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
