Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA function within our Fund Administration department. The ideal candidate will develop and implement quality control standards, oversee audit and review procedures, and ensure that all processes comply with industry regulations and internal benchmarks. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our fund administration and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage a robust quality assurance framework for fund administration processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams and process reviews to identify risks and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor trends, KPIs and compliance reporting to identify issues and develop corrective action plans for deviations and errors.
  • Lead root cause analysis for process failures or discrepancies and oversee resolution tracking.
  • Create and analyze controls to effectively mitigate risk of error.
  • Provide regular QA reporting to senior management and support regulatory and audits.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure policies and procedures reflect best practices and meet evolving regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five to eight years of related experience Preferred Skills / Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, compliance or financial services QA.
  • Demonstrated experience developing QA frameworks and leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks investment company rules and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of three (3) or more days per week.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
