This role has been designed as Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description :

Joining our OCTO HPE team and working as part of our OpsRamp team is a chance to make history and be a driving force in the industry.

We are revolutionizing cloud computing by building a large-scale, enterprise-ready platform that powers a hybrid edge-to-cloud world.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes.
  • Analyse all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected.
  • Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives.
  • Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases.
  • Schedule project timelines.
  • Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects.
  • Establish and train teams on processes and strategies.
  • Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review.
  • Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables.
  • Research and evaluate new hardware and software technology and help make decisions on the cost-benefit analysis of new purchases.
  • Update and maintain hardware and software systems as needed.

Requirements :

This position will support government accounts. Therefore, due to federal export-control regulations, the selected candidate must hold U.

S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent resident / Green Card status or otherwise have a category of refugee / asylee status enabling them to perform the role without requiring a license under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

  • 7+ years of professional work as a technical project manager.
  • Master's degree in project management or engineering degree with IT specialisation preferred.
  • Project management certification preferred.
  • Experience in the Infrastructure domain (ITOM) .
  • Experience working with Enterprise Customers .
  • Exposure to Federal systems and processes .
  • Knowledge of Monitoring & Helpdesk software systems and the ability to train others on them.
  • Organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule.
  • Prior experience working with Federal Projects with Security Clearance .
  • Collaborate / Work with teams in different time zones as required.
  • Trained in project management and knowledge of various methodologies to deliver successful projects.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing technical teams.
  • Comfortable in a highly competitive, collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a wide variety of teams associated with the project.
  • Clear communication skills to guide project teams and coordinate with vendors and management.
