Description :

3-6 month contract) The Customer Service representative will provide a high level of customer service by inputting and ensuring the correct processing of customer orders, returns, and repairs submitted via various input methods.

Process invoice orders and prepare / send paper and email invoices to customers

Participates in process improvement efforts to build capacity, improve service, and improve quality on an as-needed basis.

Primary role :

Assists customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce with questions regarding products, pricing, and order details and first level technical assistances.

Assists with coordination of Shipping, Production, accounting, and Quality Control with level 1 and 2 CSR reps when needed.

Coordinate and process instrument repairs on behalf of customers. Follow processes in all business systems to track repairs until the process is fully complete.
