Job Description :
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Maitland location. This role offers a part-time position with the exciting potential to expand your caseload over time, allowing for professional growth and increased responsibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress and achieve therapeutic goals
- Document and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology to ensure best practices

Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current and valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with children
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Experience in pediatric therapy preferred but not required
