VP, Expense Operations Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of operations manager to join our Expense team. This role is located in Pitsburgh, PA / Lake Mary FL - and would be a hybrid position.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
- Manage the day-to-day operational services across expense globally.
- Manage all internal customer service-related issues until final resolution. Be the escalation point for internal clients to address issues that impact our key stakeholders.
- Drive and lead lobal expense vendor performance to ensure compliance and controls are adhered to.
- Develop, monitor, implement initiatives and projects to establish, maintain or improve the quality, effectiveness, and satisfaction of vendor service levels.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :
- 5-7 years of industry experience and knowledge of expense and / or accounts payable within a highly complex and regulated global organization is preferred.
- 5+ years project management skills and experience is preferred.
- Proven experience of successfully delivering process improvements across multiple locations simultaneously (US, Americas, EMEA, APAC).
- Decision making skills in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment.
- Proven leadership skills to lead global teams to deliver key strategic process improvement objectives.
