About The Position
- Weekly Pay Range - $2283 To $2536Job Title : Registered NurseJob Specialty : Home HealthJob Duration : 13 weeksShift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)Guaranteed Hours : Per contract, facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks) if neededExperience : 1 year of skilled home health experience requiredLicense : Pending license acceptedCertifications : BCLSMust-Have : - Own transportation is required - Experience with EPIC charting Job Description : - Backfill for a Home Health RN position in King County and surrounding areas- 8-hour day shifts;
- facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s shifts- Patient ratio is 1 : 1, with up to 6 patient visits per day and 30 productivity points standard- First-time travelers are not accepted- No weekend requirements- Clinicians will not float within the facility- Local applicants within a 50-75 mile radius are accepted at the same rate- Required to float between all facilities within the state- COVID-19 vaccination required;
medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed- Modules are non-billable and are expected to be completed pre-start and annually, with an average of 16 hours spent- Orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours
