  • Year-round FT+ work
  • Pay : $110,000 - $125,000 Annual Salary

What Are We Looking For

Northwest Cascade has an immediate need for a Project Manager to join its team. The primary responsibility of the Project Manager will be to oversee the direction, completion, and financial outcome of assigned projects performed by our heavy construction division.

The Project Manager will also have the opportunity to :

  • Plan, organize and orchestrate construction projects in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure proper scheduling and coordination of resources.
  • Review project specifications and ensure contractor and sub-contractor compliance
  • Interface with customers to ensure that their needs and definitions of quality are met.
  • Evaluate proposals and contracts to determine client needs and compliance with company standards
  • Foster, promote and ensure good standing relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Responsible for job profitability, project start-up, budget tracking and schedule development updates and adherence.
  • Ensure that all paperwork, i.e., submittals, billings, payments to subcontractors, government reporting, are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Assist in estimating new projects.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will be an experience Project Manager with the following qualifications :

  • Prefer B.S. or equivalent in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction and project management.
  • Broad understanding of the heavy construction industry including a variety of pre-construction work, such as planning, design and constructability review, value engineering, and scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Proficiency in HCSS estimating and management software or a similar program is strongly preferred.
