Cath and EP Lab isequipped with high tech ultrasound and state-of-the-art Imaging andAnesthesia equipment where complex structural heart cases areperformed.
The labs also perform diagnostic and therapeuticprocedures for the adult and pediatric patients under thesupervision of our Medical Director.
The staff consists of a blendof personnel including RPN, Medical Imaging Technicians, CertifiedVascular Technicians, and Patient CareAssociates.
Hourly Range : $36.73 -$60.93
Pre / Postnurses require or will develop the following skill sets :
Implement physician orders, administer medications, startsIVs, perform treatments, procedures and special tests, and documenttreatment as required by company policy and local / state / federalrules and regulations.
Pre / Post nurseswill also order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests toidentify and assess patients' conditions, assess and evaluatepatient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
They will applysound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions,collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for allpatients, and direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintainstandards of professional nursing.

- Orders, interprets, and evaluatesdiagnostic tests to identify and assess patients'conditions.
- Assesses and evaluates patientneeds for, and responses to, carerendered.
- Applies sound nursing judgment inpatient care management decisions.
- Providesprimary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupationalinjuries and illnesses.
- Administersover-the-counter and prescription medications asordered.
- Collaborates with the nursing team tocreate a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Directsand guides ancillary personnel and maintain standards ofprofessionalnursing.
