Light Construction HVAC Project Manager
Salary Rate : DOE $35-$48 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop coordinated shop drawings with the Engineering department.
- Coordinate daily manpower schedules.
- Ensure projects meet timelines and requirements.
- Conduct job site visits for quality assurance.
- Communicate effectively across project teams and departments.
- Assist in resolving employee issues.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Prepare, review, and track submittals for the buy-out process.
- Attend weekly job-site visits and meetings.
- Assist in subcontract execution as required.
- Manage material quote requests and review processes.
- Compile and distribute closeout documentation with accurate As-builts.
- Maintain logs for RFI’s and COR’s.
- Ensure up-to-date drawings are distributed to field and office.
- Schedule large project events (crane lifts, factory start-ups, etc.).
- Communicate service opportunities to commercial service department.
- Promote safety and company core values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5-10 years of HVAC experience.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Highly dependable and trustworthy.
- Must prioritize safety in all tasks.
