About

The Global Product & RD team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.

The Global Product team is growing exponentially. The business lines are ranging from Monetization Technology, Data, Machine Learning, System, Infrastructure, AR Effects, Security Technology and more.

About the team

The UGC team is responsible for the supply, consumption, and long-term ecology of TikTok user generated content. We want to make TikTok be the preferred platform for users to express themselves actively, quickly obtain interactive feedback from FYP and search scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for community interaction, consumption scenario framework construction, data analysis and continuous iterative optimization;
• With user experience as the core, have a deep understanding and passion for community socializing and content products, and have the ability and enthusiasm to create possibilities for the further growth of the product.
• Break down the business goals and core indicators, establish an efficient cooperation mechanism, and work together to promote the implementation of multi-partner guarantees.
• Know about recommendations, data, and community products, clarify user requests through research, feedback collection, and Data Analysis, and refine effective product directions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Willing to explore and study, with a strong sense of responsibility and cooperation, strong logic, sensitive to data, good judgment, and result-oriented;
• Good data comprehension ability, strong logical thinking ability, exploratory spirit, and strong self-motivation;
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit, good at cross-cultural communication, and English can be used as a working language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in Internet user products.
• Excellent user empathy, innovative spirit and ability, being independently responsible for the core module of the content community, and successful experience from 0 to 1 are preferred.
