Key Responsibilities

Manage crews of mechanics and technicians for aircraft completion and testing

Ensure compliance with company, customer, engineering, and FAA specifications

Oversee operational check flights and related activities

Required Qualifications

Experience in aircraft build and systems testing

Knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards

Ability to manage and lead a team effectively

Relevant technical or engineering background

Willingness to work second shift
