About the Opportunity : The Associate Manager, Sales Operations reports to the Director of Sales & Experiences and Business Partnerships and This role is responsible for project management of new and existing products and programs, and enhancements for the Sales Division, and maintaining sales business applications.
This role is responsible for, planning, aligning cross-functional teams, and implementing new online and offline products, programs, partnerships, enhancements, and business systems.
The position manages the Business Development Specialist role.

This position is based in San Francisco, California. Staff are currently expected to work from the Academy offices at least 2-3 times per week, which may fluctuate based on business needs.

About the Sales and Experiences Team :
The Sales and Experiences Department is directly responsible for increasing guest engagement by developing, delivering, selling and marketing mission driven programs and products that drive revenue for the Academy.
Position Duties & Responsibilities :
- Manage all sales business applications including but not limited to :
- Salesforce CRM backend functionality, data integrity, web to lead form development, and integrations with other systems including Tessitura, Cirrus Insights, Adobe Sign, Conga, and Email Service Provider
- Create workflows in Salesforce to create actionable follow-ups for prospecting and incoming leads
- Manage all online and offline programs, products, enhancements, partnerships, and business systems from implementation to launch including training and roll-out
- Develop and create requirements, ensuring proper functionality and set up, and merging POS data with SalesforceManage POS (Point of Sale) system for the sales team;
- Train, develop, and supervise Business Development Specialist
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, and project milestones and track progress against project plans
- Lead cross-functional teams Business Applications, Web, Communications, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Guest Experience, and Lega) to ensure desired business outcomes and goals are met and seamless product and program launches.
- Develop best practices for business applications and manage end-user training, documentation, and support as necessary
- Examine workflows and research and implement tools that would enhance business capabilities and create efficiencies
- Develop timelines and implement project plans for projects and product launches
- Other duties as assigned
- Follow all Academy safety regulations
Qualifications : A successful candidate will have the following :
Experience and / or Education :
- Bachelors of Arts degree (B.A.) or equivalent
- Three + years of backend Salesforce experience
- PMP certification desired or preferred
- Two + years experience with business software and applications, proficient in Excel and Google Suite and creating reports

Compensation and Benefits :
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, skills / knowledge set, and internal equity.

The Academy offers a total compensation package that emphasizes both base salary and comprehensive benefits based on the hours per week worked.
