Key ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight to the development of competitive and compliant cost proposalsManage and mentor the Cost and Pricing team, enhancing their capacity and effectivenessLead the formulation of pricing strategies and oversee contractual requirements during the proposal phaseRequired QualificationsPostgraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience10+ years of directly relevant experience in cost proposal development and pricingThorough knowledge of USG and other donor contracting processesExtensive experience in developing cost proposals for various donorsExperience in managing and coaching staff in a team setting
