What You’ll Do :
- Drive the entire grant lifecycle, from identifying funding opportunities to ensuring successful project outcomes, making a tangible difference.
- Work closely with Executive Directors and department heads to develop strategies for securing federal, state, and private grants that align with organizational goals.
- Guarantee that all grants adhere to local, state, and federal funding regulations while maintaining the highest standards of financial management.
- Mentor and manage a team of grants professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results.
- Partner with accounting to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and fiscal responsibilities for grant-funded projects.
- Collaborate with government agencies to build strong relationships that enhance future grant opportunities and success.
- Oversee accurate grant record management and progress tracking, ensuring all goals are met with precision.
What You Bring :
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Public Policy is required.
- At least 5 years of hands-on governmental grants management experience, with 3+ years in supervisory or project management roles.
- A history of developing and submitting successful grant proposals, along with expertise in grant writing and management policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computerized grant management systems.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills that ensure effective leadership and compliance.
